Who’s Eligible
Individuals who received a prerecorded and/or automated call from Sagent, initiated by the company’s Noble version 8.02 telephony system, between July 1, 2014 and March 19, 2019.
Potential Award
The $1.75 million class action settlement will be divided equally with all Class Members who filed a valid claim. The exact payment amount will depend on the number of valid claims filed as well as the fees, costs, service awards, and settlement administration expenses deducted from the settlement fund.
