Who’s Eligible
Class Members include “merchants who contracted with or through Global and received merchant services from NAB at any time from August 31, 2009 through March 31, 2019 or who were referred by NAB to Global during that period.”
Potential Award
Varies.
“Your payment under the Settlement depends on the amount of your alleged overcharges. Some Class Members were charged tens of thousands of dollars in challenged fees while other Class Members’ alleged overcharges were quite small. The amount of your alleged overcharges was calculated based on such factors as the specific charges that you were assessed, the type of transactions in which you engaged, the length of time you were an NAB customer, and your sales volume.”
Class Members can email the settlement administrator to find out their estimated credit or cash payment at administrator@NABsettlement.com.
Proof of Purchase
Former customer Class Members will need to submit a Claim Form with their business address. Current customers do not need to file a Claim Form.
