Who’s Eligible
Class Members include those who “own or have owned a Property Unit(s) located in the United States that contain or has ever contained a Covered Product manufactured up to ten (10) years before the Effective Date.”
The Effective Date is yet to be determined.

Potential Award
$100 – $3,500 depending on the claim.
Proof of Purchase
Claim Form including the property address, product types, proof date of manufacture, and supporting documentation. Supporting documentation required depends on the claim and can include photographs, an affidavit, and evidence of property damage.

Claim Form Deadline
The deadline for Exterior Meringue Deposit claims is one year after the Effective Date of the settlement agreement.
The deadline for Occlusions or Inoperable Valve claims is three years after the Effective Date of the settlement agreement.
The deadline for claims based on Leaks and related damage is the later of either three years from the Effective Date of the settlement agreement or seven years from the date of manufacture.
The deadline for claims based on Leaks that occur after the Effective Date is one year from the date of the leak.
