If you have one of these models and it contains a riveted blade, stop using the riveted blade immediately.

Potential Award

Class Members are entitled to receive:

  • A replacement blade, and
  • A three-year warranty on your replacement blade.

NOTE: If you did not receive your replacement blade by the applicable deadline, you may be entitled to receive a $15 check. If you do not submit your replacement blade request by Dec. 13, 2020, you are not guaranteed to receive a replacement blade, and you will not receive a check.

Proof of Purchase

Class Members must provide the full model number of the food processor (the model number is located on the bottom of the food processor or on the product’s original packaging).

Remember: you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.
