A keyword/phrase is the topic of your article. When thinking of a topic, it is important to think of words that people will search in order to find your article. For example “XCompany Antitrust Lawsuit” would be a good key phrase for an article about an antitrust lawsuit against XCompany.
Include your main keyword/phrase in your title. Also include those same keyword/phrase in your first sentence. You also want to use the keyword/phrase another one or two times in the body of your article. Overall the keyword/phrase should appear 3-4 times in your article including as mentioned, the title.
