Who’s Eligible

Individuals who lived at a property managed by Mitchell L. Morgan Management Inc., signed a lease with a fixed $400 attorney’s fee, and were charged a legal fee for an eviction between Sept. 28, 2007 and either 1) the date that Mitchell L. Morgan Management stopped managing the property or 2) Aug. 2, 2016.

The amount each Class Member can recover will be calculated using a formula that takes into account the number and amount of attorney’s fees charged, any credits given to Class Members by Mitchell L.
